This site was designed, built and is run by my team. So are the others below. There is no portfolio page to visit, because the work is the thing you are already looking at, on the device you are already holding.

A personal site is infrastructure rather than a brochure. It has to be built well once and then actually run, which is the part almost nobody sells you.

The reframe

A profile is not a presence.

Most professionals have a page somewhere. Very few own the address, the audience or the enquiries that arrive through it.

A LinkedIn profile, and a link in the Instagram bio.: Your own address. A platform can change its rules, its layout and its reach without asking you, and everything you built there leaves with it.
A template, filled in.: A design drawn from the person. A template makes you look like everyone else who bought it, which is the exact opposite of the point of a personal site.
Built once, in a good year, and never touched since.: Run continuously. A site that has not changed in two years says more about you than any sentence on it does.
One freelancer, who eventually stops answering.: A team, so the person who built it is not the only person who understands it.
Enquiries arriving through a third-party form service.: Enquiries landing in your own database, on your own domain, where nobody else's free tier decides how long you keep them.
Calling somebody every time a paragraph needs changing.: Your own admin. Write the post, change the price, upload the photograph, publish. No invoice, no waiting, no thread.

Drawn from the person rather than from a theme. Typography, palette and photography direction, including telling you what to shoot and how.
Build
Fast, accessible and search-legible from the first commit. Not a page builder, and not something that needs rebuilding the moment it grows.
Your admin
A private area to publish, edit, upload and read enquiries. The whole point is that ordinary changes never require us.
Search
Metadata, sitemap, structured data and the crawler rules that decide whether your name is quoted in an AI answer or missed entirely.
Enquiries
A form that validates, resists bots and writes to a database you own, with the submissions visible to you and nobody else.
Care
Hosting, certificates, backups, updates, uptime and the small changes that keep arriving. This is the part that is a service rather than a project.
